To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product or discovering the issue. For defective products, please report immediately upon receipt.

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • Photographs or evidence (for defective/damaged products)

3.3 Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipment. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without authorization may not be processed.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.3 Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • Full product price (for defective/wrong products)
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable and the return is due to our error)

Note: Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned after the specified timeframe
  • Products without proper Return Authorization
  • Products that have been used beyond normal inspection

7. Exchange Policy
